Yes! For private screenings, you have a choice of requesting one of the movies playing at the theater during the time of your event or bringing in your own DVD to project on to the big screen. For earlier releases, please inquire with us directly for availability and pricing.

Absolutely! Many of our locations feature private and semi-private reception areas which can be booked for networking events, mixers, social receptions and much more. We have an extensive menu of tray-passed and displayed appetizers, stations, and full bar service.

For private rentals, we require a minimum of 10 days notice.

Based on the location of your choice, we can host up to 1,000 guests. Our auditoriums vary in size and can accommodate between 20 to 150 guests each.

Doors will open for seating 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. If additional time is required for setup and check-in, please speak with one of our sales managers for special arrangements.

A welcome table with chairs can be provided upon request. The table can be used for check-in, displaying swag bags, gifts, cupcakes, etc.

For theater rentals, we ask that you limit decorations to a welcome sign which can be placed at the entrance of your auditorium. For private receptions, please speak with one of our sales managers regarding your specific requests.

Standard private screenings are booked in 2 to 2½-hour increments, depending on the length of the movie. If your event includes extra components such as speeches, a presentation, Q&A panel, or a cocktail reception, additional time can be added to your rental. All arrangements will need to be discussed and finalized with one of our sales managers in advance.

Yes! Depending on your event needs, our team will work with you and recommend one of our A/V packages.

If you are providing food and beverages for your guests, a designated theater host will be scheduled for your event to take individual orders and requests. As the event host, you can either pre-select one of our group packages for the entire group or cover the cost of all a-la-carte orders placed by guests during the event. For large groups, we strongly recommend selecting one of our packages so guests can be served at the same time. Please inquire with us directly for menus and pricing.

Of course. Just like all theater guests, event guests have the option of utilizing our LOOK + Dine technology to order and pay for food and beverages directly from their phone in the comfort of their seat.

All events are required to abide by our theater policy which does not allow any outside food or beverage. The only exception for private events is cupcakes. If you decide to provide cupcakes for your event, the theater must be notified in advance.

Your full theater rental amount is due at the time of booking your event.

Upon receipt of your signed contract, an electronic invoice will be emailed to you for payment of the theater rental. All charges for food and beverage are handled directly at the theater at the conclusion of your event.

Yes. All charges for food and beverage are subject to a mandatory 18% service charge.

Your final guest count and food and beverage selections are due no later than 3 business days prior to the event.

Events cancelled over seven (7) days prior to the event date will receive 100% of their deposit in the form of credit for future event. No credit will be issued on events cancelled less than seven (7) days prior to the event date.
